We’re First Presbyterian Church of Ocala
We’re a Christ-centered, intergenerational community in the heart of downtown. We’ve been part of this city since 1857, and while our roots run deep, we’re always growing and looking forward. Our historic sanctuary is a beautiful place to gather, but what matters most to us are the relationships formed here—the conversations, the shared prayers, the sense of belonging that connects us.
Our worship leans traditional, but it’s anything but stale. We value thoughtful preaching, meaningful music, and a faith that connects to everyday life. We’re committed to serving our neighbors, supporting one another, and creating space for questions, growth, and grace.
We’re not perfect, but we’re doing our best to follow Jesus with honesty, hope, and love—and to be the kind of church where everyone can find a place to belong.
