First Presbyterian Church of Ocala has an immediate opening for a part-time Finance Coordinator. This part-time position includes in-person weekly staff meetings on Monday mornings where team building, collaboration and project coordination meet creativity, laughter, and appreciation. As the Finance Coordinator, you will serve as the church’s primary bookkeeping and accounting resource. Help ensure sound financial practices and compliance with church policies and applicable regulations. You will report to and work closely with the Pastor and Finance Committee to support the financial health and stewardship of First Presbyterian Church. Provide budgeting support to volunteer team leads to enhance their impact on our congregation and community. You will oversee a variety of accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial standards, and facilitate accurate financial reporting to support First Presbyterian Church’s mission.
