Elders are elected by the congregation to serve three-year terms on the Session, the church’s governing body. They work together to seek Christ’s will and guide the congregation’s spiritual life, worship, and mission. Elders are expected to be mature in faith, grounded in Scripture, and prayerful in their decisions. They lead with wisdom, humility, and compassion, encouraging the church to grow in unity and faith.
